These Loyalty Card Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern participation in the Vienna Distributing Company of Ohio Loyalty Card program (the “Program”). By using a Vienna Loyalty Card, you agree to these Terms.
Vienna Distributing Company of Ohio (“Vienna,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Program for customers purchasing sandwiches at our deli location located at 8110 Carnegie Ave, Cleveland, OH 44103
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
The Vienna Loyalty Card Program is a complimentary promotional program intended for individual customer use.
Customers who purchase ten (10) eligible Vienna sandwiches will receive one (1) free regular sandwich, subject to these Terms.
The Program is not intended for resale, commercial use, or bulk purchasing programs.
The Program applies solely to qualifying sandwiches purchased in person at our deli location.
Participation in the Program is voluntary and open to customers making qualifying sandwich purchases at Vienna Distributing Company of Ohio.
The Loyalty Card is a promotional tool and does not represent stored value, credit, or a gift certificate.
Customers will receive one (1) punch on their Loyalty Card for each eligible sandwich purchased.
Eligible sandwiches include:
Punches are awarded at the time of purchase only. Vienna is not responsible for missed punches if the Loyalty Card is not presented at the time of purchase.
Punches are awarded only for sandwiches purchased in person at the Vienna Distributing Company of Ohio deli counter. Purchases made through online ordering, third-party delivery platforms, catering orders, or other off-premises ordering channels are not eligible for punches.
Vienna reserves the right to determine eligibility of purchases for punches at its sole discretion.
After receiving ten (10) punches, customers may redeem the card for one (1) free regular sandwich.
Free sandwich redemption is subject to the following:
The Loyalty Card must be surrendered upon redemption.
Loyalty Cards:
Lost, stolen, damaged, or unreadable cards cannot be replaced or reconstructed.
Vienna reserves the right to refuse punches or redemption where misuse, fraud, or alteration is suspected.
Vienna may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time without prior notice.
Vienna may also refuse participation or redemption in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vienna shall not be liable for lost cards, lost punches, inability to redeem, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
The Program is provided as a promotional offering “as is.”
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Loyalty Card Program.
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
